Imagine a line from left to right that indicates money, and another from bottom to top that signifies vision. As the lines intersect, 4 quadrants are created. Would you rather work for a district with no money and no vision, with no vision and plenty of money, with lots of vision but no money, or a district with both money and vision?

Vision is what drives people to success. Vision provides something to work towards. I would suppose working in a district with plenty of vision and funding might be a “cushy” job? Unless your vision and the district’s vision do not mesh?
